Resources for the Globally Ambitious Student

Below are listed some of the on-going opportunities offered at San Jose State for students interested in global opportunities. Though not all resources listed below are free, many offer a stepping stone to get any student, with any kind of budget to where they want to go both professionally and physically!

GLAC (Global Leadership Advancement Center) Passport Program

 

This unique student opportunity takes advantage of SJSU's global and cross-cultural co-curricular activities and courses to develop a global mindset and global leadership skills.

Salzburg Program
 

The Salzburg program offers students the opportunity to participate in an intensive weeklong Seminar in Salzburg Austria over the summer. The following year of academic study for the student after the seminar will be dedicated to projects that will help globalize the San Jose State campus.

Thompson Global Internship Program
 

This program offers business internships to students with outstanding academic achievement and gives students the opportunity to work abroad and experience professional work outside of the U.S.
